Storm-3

Feeling sorry about oneself could be a devastating state. It seems like the world is in a standstill. You can no longer function like your old self. Your self esteem is down and you don't have the drive to do the things you ought to do.

And one unbearable state you can inflict unto yourself is isolation. And that's where the real problem starts. The moment you isolate yourself. And in order to escape that isolated state, people tend to end it all. They thought that by ending their existence, their problems would likewise cease to exist.

Yes, give yourself some time to mourn over your misery. If you feel like crying, cry as if there's no tomorrow. Find ways to unload your burden except by ending your existence. And when you will be able to pour it all out, you'll feel relaxed and composed. And that's the time when you'll start thinking.

A Moment of Solitude-3

And when you experience that wonderful morning, alone in solitude and witnessing the sun slowly rising in the east, it brings you closer to yourself. This is the kind of experience that we seldom encounter. And mind you, it will make you realize a lot of things especially those things you've missed and most probably, ignored.

Self realization is a journey towards acceptance and self healing. We cannot deny the fact that we have so many shortcomings but when we come to the point of accepting our weaknesses and failures, then, we come to terms with ourselves. And when we learn how to accept our limitations, it could be a start of a renewed existence.

A moment of solitude allows us to explore not the world around us but the world within us. It will make us realize so many things and most importantly, it will open our eyes to certain realities and perspective about who we really are and what we are. And when we set foot again to the adventures of life, our every journey now will have a deeper and worthwhile meaning.
