Vacation Time: Manila Pier - 1
Due to my busy schedule I was not able to update this blog regularly. But as the saying goes, better late than pregnant oppssss, better late than never hehe I guess it's about time to post my latest out of town trip.
I always look forward of going out of town especially if work becomes that demanding. And Christmas break was a perfect opportunity for me to go home to my hometown.
This time I brought along my nephew, Jeff. He was still a baby when his entire family paid a visit some 20+ years ago and he has no recollection of that particular experience.
And as usual, I opted to travel by sea for him to have an experience and at the same time, I can take pictures along the way too.
It was already past 6pm when the ship sailed and as the darkness slowly engulf the remaining light of the day, the port slowly came alive with the lights on its surroundings.
We feast our eyes on every light that we passed along. I can see from the faces of my fellow passengers the delight of the experience, especially from those of the newbies. And after some time, we knew that we were making some progress already because the lights grew dimmer and dimmer.
It signals that we had to take our dinner now and get ready for bed because it will be a long journey ahead and lights will be visible again on the next day.
