Since we are part of a particular group of people, we cannot avoid some indifferences amongst us. And when the pressure is way above our heads, that's the time when things turn ugly. And we don't want to involve ourselves into issues and actions that are worthless. As much as possible we need to preserve the norms in order for us to be at peace with one another and with ourselves.



And when you are given that opportunity to have the much needed break, grab it. Plunge into action. Seize the moment and enjoy. Leave your worries behind. Envigorate your spirit and your wellness. See the other perspective of life and be thankful. After all, it is your life that you are living and you have every reason for a worthy and happy existence.

Blessings

Learn to count your blessings instead of your miseries. There are hundreds or even millions of reasons to celebrate life as long as we know how to be thankful and appreciative of what we have received. The moment we learn how to value and treasure these blessings, our happiness and contentment begin.

Abundance

We should be thankful for the abundance in life that we experience. Some people could hardly make both ends meet. But at times, we hardly notice this kind of blessing. And at times, though how abundant we are, we care less and still ask for more.
